Queen of Contact

You’ll know it when you meet the acting Queen
She communicates with a professional team
Recalls what you tell her, won’t forget a face
Conducts her business from a palace of a place
You can’t out do her when it comes to this and that
And if you approach her with your “matter of fact”
Be careful what you say, you’re dealing with
The Queen…..the queen of contact
The queen of contact

Sassafras tea, a nibble from a scone
A carriage for the jester, the prince is alone
Knights jump for joy, the old king is gone
Listen to a princess as the bishop stays home

If you happen to find you’re a guest at her palace
It’s protected by guards with eyes for malice
Watch how you act, she may be disdained
And tell her counterparts in the bunco game
The ones that came before you ended up on the mat
And if you approach her with your “matter of fact”
Be careful what you say, you’re dealing with
The Queen…..the queen of contact
The queen of contact

Sassafras tea, a nibble from a scone
A carriage for the jester, the prince is alone
Knights jump for joy, the old king is gone
Listen to a princess, as the bishop stays home

I won’t tell a soul what you said today
Or their plan will make another pay
I’m proud, fearless, armored in my blue
Trusting as we battle for the new
Your blessed devotion
Makes me your most true
Your most true

Now all you fine gents that know what I mean
And what it’s like to visit with the Queen
The way to handle how she makes you feel
Is accept her majestic desire to make a deal
You can’t out do her when it comes to this and that
And if you approach her with your “matter of fact”
Be careful what you do, you’re dealing with
The Queen…..the queen of contact
The queen of contact
The queen of contact
The queen of contact

And a shallow moat…..protects…..the same old stone
