Chick with Space

Since she helped the world
Birth its ancient dreams
Guiding as they traveled
To her radiant beams
I will always fathom
The not-so-often chance
To visit her sanctuary
With an opportune glance

Admiring this planet
Puts me in a trance
Sailing the ocean blue
Until I get through
Pondering much on love
Exchanged from above
Holding a sextant stance
In the wave-toss dance

I’ll sail…set sail
On an opposite path of her tale
I’ll sail…set sail
She’s a wonder to males
In an age of enchantment
Slow dance enhancement
Has men going places
Guided by that chick, a chick with space

Steady chins of courage
Scopes reveal urges
Scanning other sleepers
Comforter of keepers
Positioned and moving
Inspired by tattooing
Chatters clamor matters
Repairing tatters

I’ll sail…set sail
On an opposite path of her tale
I’ll sail…set sail
She’s a wonder to males
In an age of enchantment
Slow dance enhancement
Has men going places
Guided by that chick, a chick with space

If night’s waves redirect the cards
On this vessel that’s in my charge
I’ll grab bearings behind the moon
Sing my old sailor’s orbit tunes
Then take harbor on rocky shores
Find the land, leave her prance
Let Venus deal with circumstance

I’ll sail…set sail
On an opposite path of her tale
I’ll sail…set sail
She’s a wonder to males
I’ll sail…set sail
On an opposite path of her tale
I’ll sail…set sail
She’s a wonder to males
